Return Policy

At The House of Timbers, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on customized orders. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before proceeding with a return or exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance or sale items

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
